REGISTRATION OPTIONS
You can register in-person at the Greenheck Field House main office, download and complete a registration form and either drop off or mail it to our office or take advantage of the convenience of online registration. Sign up for any of the sessions listed below or buy a 10 punch card so you can drop-in to a class of your choice. Those registered for an entire session have preference over punch card drop-in's; meaning if a class is full with participants that have registered, no drop-in's will be allowed. One punch per class for Zumba, Bootcamp and PiYo, 2 punches per class for Yoga. Punch cards can be purchased at the Greenheck Field House main office. Cost is $50.
PiYo
Piyo is a unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that's fun, challenging and will make you sweat. Its about energy, power and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength and greater stability.

ZUMBA
Zumba fuses hypnotic rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Participants achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life. One can sign up for just the Monday class, just the Tuesday class, just the Thursday class or multiple sessions.

YOGA
This is a straightforward Vinyasa flow class that is designed to build your strength and increase your flexibility. This class will move through a group of poses such as sun salutations, standing poses, twists, backbends, modified inversions and restorative poses to help you enhance your yoga practice. Special note: Yoga mats will not be provided at the class.

BOOTCAMP
This is an interval style group exercise class that incorporates both cardiovascular fitness as well as strength. The moves are very simple and require little coordination, catering to all individuals from the very fit to someone taking their first class. Both men and women can feel comfortable in this class. Exercises are constantly changing from class to class to ensure muscle confusion.

MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS!
Angela H. I became a group fitness instructor in 2008, which is when I truely started to understand the importance of physical exercise and social groups. In 2008, I was certified through NETA as a Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) and became a licensed Zumba Fitness instructor. Since then, I have achieved my certifications in Turbo Kick and PiYo through ACE Fitness as a GFI. My true passion, what I work the hardest to achieve, is the full success of each participant at every class I teach - YOUR success is my greatest reward.
Carolyn D. I have been a Zumba instructor in the Wausau and surrounding communities for over 3 years. I enjoy sharing the joy and excitement of a Zumba Fitness class as a positive and fun way to get fit. The best part about Zumba is that every class feels like a party. Before you know it you're dancing yourself fit and feeling great.
Melani L. I have been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. Being in the industry that many years, I have had the privilege of teaching a variety of fitness group exercise classes. My certifications include AFAA Group Exercise, AEA Water Exercise and a 200RYT Certification through Yoga Alliance.
Vickie C. I have been teaching group exercise classes for the past 10 years. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Sports Science, so I have find teaching group exercise is a great outlet for me. I currently teach bootcamp and zumba classes and plan to get Piloxing certified this June.
